About the Passes / Packages

  1. Purchase a package that is most suitable based on your personal schedule and goals
  2. Each pass has its own Validity Period
  3. You will get an email confirmation after purchase, and your pass will be available in your account.
  4. Your credit is only deducted when attendance has been marked.
  5. We have a strict 24-hour Cancellation Policy. Kindly cancel your slot in class 24 hours before class commences to prevent passes from being absorbed.
  6. Strictly no refund of credits for passes and memberships. Should class be rescheduled or cancelled, your credits will remain in your account with an extension given to your pass.

About Memberships

  1. Purchase a Membership that is most suitable based on your personal schedule and goals
  2. Remaining Membership credits DO NOT roll over to the next month
  3. Each Membership has a 1 month OR 3 month renewal duration
  4. In the event a customer requires their Membership to be paused, customers would be required to contact us at +65 9390 6403 should they require a pause in their Membership
  5. In the event of canceling Memberships, customers would be required to contact us at +65 9390 6403 OR cancel the Memberships from their accounts.
  6. You will get an email confirmation after purchase, and your passes will be available in your account.

24-hour Cancellation Policy
  1. Class reservations can only be made up to 120 days in advance.
  2. To avoid losing your class credit, cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Any cancellation less than 24 hours to class, or no shows, will result in the forfeit of your class credit.
  3. In the event that you/your child ae unwell and unable to attend class suddenly, kindly produce an MC or Doctor's Memo within 72hrs after the class to reinstate your pass.
