About Memberships

Memberships are the most popular and recommended way to attend our classes!

Purchase a Membership that is most suitable based on your personal schedule and goals.
Remaining Membership credits DO NOT roll over to the next month
Each Membership has a 1 month OR 3 month renewal duration
In the event a customer requires their Membership to be paused, customers would be required to contact us at +65 9390 6403. Do note that there will be limited times a membership can be paused (more details on the specific Membership page)
In the event of canceling Memberships, customers can contact us at +65 9390 6403 OR cancel the Memberships from their accounts.
You will get an email confirmation after purchase, and your memberships will be available in your account.
Your credit is only deducted when attendance has been marked.
We have a strict 24-hour Cancellation Policy. Kindly cancel your slot in class 24 hours before class commences to prevent passes from being absorbed.
Strictly no refund of credits for memberships. Should class be rescheduled or cancelled, your credits will remain in your account with an extension given to your pass.

24-hour Cancellation Policy

Class reservations can only be made up to 120 days in advance.
To avoid losing your class credit, cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Any cancellation less than 24 hours to class, or no shows, will result in the forfeit of your class credit.
In the event that you/your child is unwell and unable to attend class suddenly, kindly produce an MC or Doctor's Memo within 72hrs after the class to reinstate your pass.
